We are working on waterproofing the foundation at the Champion Hills project. Work is progressing as we excavate the front portion of the home. We are digging down 25 feet to expose the foundation so that it can be properly waterproofed. In this picture from the jobsite, take a look at the digger down in the hole.
We’ve removed 5 dump trucks worth of earth and after the waterproofing, we will replace it with gravel. Gravel allows the water to flow through the ground and be routed to the water removal systems like sump pumps and french drains.
