Comfortable Modern Whole House Renovation

It’s always the greatest compliment from a client when they call you back to do another job.  Not only does it say that they were happy with your work, but that they trust you to continue to transform their home into their dream home.  Such was the case for our clients in Leicester in Asheville.  We were first brought in to make some extensive repairs due to storm damage as a State Farm Premier Service Provider (PSP).  Once we completed the repairs, our client wanted us to continue and to renovate the rest of their home.

The open concept main living area has a large, two-tiered center island in the kitchen with granite counters, a family room with a custom designed fireplace surround, and a dining area with plenty of room to spread out for large gatherings.  The kitchen design features custom cabinetry throughout.  Features of the cabinets include a wall pantry system with built in microwave and in the island we added a filing cabinet and a spice rack pullout.  The oven hood vent was finished to match the cabinet color of the island and an iridescent tile sets off the kitchen backsplash.

In addition to the total gut of the main living area, we also renovated the master bathroom, added new insulation, and new windows to the home.
